Phil Jay
Managing Director
BDS Mortgage Group
As one of the original team at BDS, Phil has recently celebrated 12 years in the business, the last 6 of which he has been Managing Director.
Before joining BDS, Phil gained his financial service knowledge working for both TSB and The Portman Building Society so was well placed to develop the BDS brand in the broker market – and did so with gusto!
Phil now spearheads the BDS management team, and in 2006 was named Business Leader of the Year (Packager) at the prestigious British Mortgage Awards.
He was instrumental in the BDS acquisition by Pink Homeloans (part of Skipton Group) in February 2008 and is now a minority shareholder.

Bob Hope
Sales & Marketing Director
BDS Mortgage Group
Bob joined the financial services industry in 1995 as a financial adviser with Abbey life after having spent 22 years in the Royal Navy. However; within 3 years he was head of induction training for the company and decided to join MGM Assurance and pre mortgage regulation was instrumental in the setting up and success of MGM Home Finance.
Bob joined BDS Mortgage Group in November 2005 as Head of the BDS Network, where his role was to increase the network numbers and to promote its profile within the mortgage industry. Within 12 months he was promoted to Head of Sales and Network for the BDS group and has recently had further promotion within the company and now sits on the board as Sales and Marketing Director

Kerry Prince
Operations Director
BDS Mortgage Group
Kerry Prince was promoted to Operations Director in February 2008 following over 10 years service with the Group.
During her 10 years at BDS Kerry has worked in various senior positions and is now responsible for the Finance, Processing & IT Departments as well as the general day to day operations.
Before joining BDS, Kerry gained plenty of industry experience working as a Lending Manager for the Halifax where she worked for 9 years. Prior to this she worked for Nationwide Anglia Trust dealing with secured and unsecured loans.
