Good News from Woolwich

We are pleased to confirm that from, Monday 24^th August; Pink Group have been allocated a dedicated phone line and an earlier bookings slot from Woolwich.

This means that the amount of lending set aside for Pink Group intermediaries can now be accessed in the following way:

• Call the telephone booking line on 0845 070 1567, this line is now available from 10am, and select option 4

• When calling to book funds, please make sure you quote Pink Home Loans as your submission route

• Once funds have been booked you MUST submit the case to Woolwich within 48 hours or the booking allocation will be lost

• If you don’t book the funds, the case will not be processed and you and your customer will receive a letter saying the case has been closed
