Stonehaven have taken the decision to suspend all new lending. Existing Lifetime Mortgage customers will not be affected by this decision and Stonehaven will continue to honour the existing Terms & Conditions and deliver the high level of service that you have become used to.

KFIs

From Wednesday 10th March 2010, all products will no longer be available via the KFI generator.

Applications

Applications based on KFIs generated before this date, must be received by close of business on Wednesday 7th April 2010. Applications must include a cheque to cover the application fee.

Offers

Normally, offers made by Stonehaven are valid for 3 months, however the deadline has been extended to 6 months from the valuation date.
