Free Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

• The free prize draw is subject to these terms and conditions and by any other additional requirements set out in any related promotional material.
• This free prize draw is only open to Pink Group's authorised intermediaries in the UK. All entrants must be over 18 years of age. No purchase is necessary.
• Entries to the draw will be those applications made by such an intermediary for an AXA Protection Account and received by AXA Sun Life Services plc between 9am on Monday, 19 April 2010 and 5pm on Friday, 02 July 2010.
• All applications must be complete, valid and bona fide. Duplicate entries will be excluded. The promoter's decision shall be final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
• There will be three prizes comprising Red Letter Day* Bronze, Red and Blue Experience Gift Packs www.redletterdays.co.uk/Flexible_Packs
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if necessary for reasons beyond its control. There will be no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
• The winner will be selected at random on Friday, 16th July 2010 at Marlborough House, Bristol. The first three entries drawn at random by the promoter shall be the winners. The winners will be the individual advisers named within the relevant applications.
• The winners will be contacted within 6 weeks of the draw in order to arrange delivery. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners by this time. If the winners cannot be contacted within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to re-select the winners from the valid entries which were received before the closing date.
• The name, company and photographs of the prize winners may be used for post-event publicity purposes by AXA Sun Life
