Enhancements include:

Benefit guarantee - By verifying a customer's salary at application, BUPA guarantee that even if their situation changes they will receive the agreed amount if they make a claim

Exclusions discounts - If a customer's medical history means that conditions such as back related or mental illness cannot be convered at underwriting, the premium rate will be reduced
