24-hour payment of proc fees

BDS (Pink Group) will pay commission for certain lenders to Appointed Representatives within 24 hours of receiving a fully completed Payment Request Form (available via www.pinkgroup.uk.net ) subject to the following terms and conditions:

• For cases sent via the direct route, verbal communication will be sought from the lender that the case has been allocated to BDS (Pink Group), prior to payment of commission.
• BDS (Pink Group) will claw-back funds already paid in the event of overpayment or if funds have been paid out incorrectly.
• Any form received after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.
• BDS (Pink Group) cannot take responsibility for delays incurred as a result of incomplete forms.
• 24-hour payments will only be made if the Payment Request Form is received by BDS (Pink Group) on or after the date of completion.
