Unlike many other Networks, BDS has a transparent fee charging structure with NO
up front fees.
BDS Network charging structure:
- No up front Network application fee
- 5% of the regulated mortgage procuration fee income
- No charges on fees earnt
- 5% of the Procuration fee on Buy to Let applications
- 9.5% of life income commission
* (other deductions are made from this fee by Sesame for the maintaince of the panels
and negotiation of better gross fees)
